Yosemite Hike
DAY 1: Arriving Wawona
Our trip to Yosemite started from Santa Barbara to Wawona. It took us about 5 hours to get to the house where we were staying. The cabin had an amazing view to the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Wawona Campground is located in breathtaking Yosemite National Park in Central California's rugged Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. The site is situated at the southern end of the park, 27 miles and 45 minutes from Yosemite Valley, at an elevation of 4000 feet.

DAY 2

Even thought it was a short hike, it took us about 3 hours to get to the TOP of Vernal Fall. We had few things on our way up, such as rocks covering the path or just trying to take the perfect picture.
The hike was amazing. We had a breathtaking view and perfect weather. It was a little crowded, since the Vernal falls hike is one of the most popular to hike in Yosemite. Is a great trail , we saw kids, older people and families, it was a true experience!

DAY 3

The Chilnualna falls hike was one of the most difficult hike I have done! It was full of beauty but really steep, in my personal opinion. When we got to the top, everything was worth it! It was a combination of snow and fresh water. The waterfalls were running at full power!
It's hard to explain, you have to live it and see it for your self.
A little bit more about the Chilnualna.
Chilnualna Falls consists of a 50-foot (15-meter) fall , followed by a series of pools and a 100-foot cascade, followed by a 240-foot (70-meter) capper of a cataract. Unfortunately, the trail doesn't give you a particularly good view of the climactic fall. You see it from the side when you're a quarter mile or so away, but then the trail disappears into the woods and you don't see it again until the trail opens up near the granite shelf above the fall.
